There's no doubt in my mind that Sammy, like Barry Bonds, definitely did steroids.

In Bonds' case, however, odds are pretty good he would have made the Hall of Fame without any artficial enhancements. He was (is) a five tool player with great hand-eye to boot.

The same case can't be made for Sammy, though, who might have remained that likeable but limited little guy who broke in with the White Sox and enjoyed a much shorter career had he not sought the illegal advantage.
